Batch Feeding

Batch ball mills can operate with either by box feeder systems or by automatic feeding systems.

Box feeders consists of weighing load cells,  extractor rubber belt and the steel construction frame.

Depending on the raw material properties and regional conditions (especially to prevent the stickiness of the material in humid areas)  steel belt box feeders can be used. The steel belt systems also includes a chopper unit for the lump breaking process.

 

 

The box feeder system is designed with a display unit that is easily visible for the operator. The control unit can store different recipes, and displays the loaded and remaining amounts in a user friendly and visible way. Getting numerical reports from the control unit is also possible.
