Cylindrical Continous Mills

Single chambered cylindrical drum with specially designed rubber lining. With this design, there is no diaphragm in front of the flow, which allows you to use all of the mill volume effectively. The grinding balls are distributed homogeneously throughout the mill according to their size, and with the help of the special helicoid design rubber lining the mill reaches higher grinding efficiency.

 

Powered by a 800kW (400kWx2)  drive unit, the mill drive is executed via V-belt & pulley system. For larger power requirements the mill drive is executed via gear rim & pinion systems.
